1. Applicability
These rules apply to prepaid reporting services listed on savvy-grid.digital with stated KRW pricing. Custom enterprise statements of work may define different refund mechanics; in that case, the signed document controls.
2. Eligibility window
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if we have not started production work. "Started" includes data onboarding sessions, template customization, or delivery of draft materials.
3. Full and partial refunds
Full refunds apply when no production milestones were met. Partial refunds may be offered if a discrete phase was incomplete due to Savvy Grid fault, calculated against the statement of work schedule.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party expenses already incurred, rush fees after work begins, and completed deliverables are non-refundable. If client data never arrives after three good-faith requests, we may close the project without refund of initiation fees clearly marked non-refundable.
5. Request process
Email hello@savvy-grid.digital with invoice number, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may schedule a short call to align on facts.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days using the original payment path. Bank processing may add additional days depending on your institution.
7. Cancellations, exceptions, and consumer rights
You may cancel future phases with written notice per your contract. Force majeure events excuse performance delays without penalty. Under Korean consumer protection rules, statutory rights remain available where you qualify as a consumer; many Savvy Grid clients are businesses acting in a commercial capacity.
