Agreement overview

These General Terms govern access to savvy-grid.digital and any reporting services you purchase from Savvy Grid ("we", "us"). By requesting information or engaging our team, you confirm that you have authority to bind your organization. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit inquiries.

Descriptions on this site summarize offerings such as the Weekly Sell-Through Signal Pack, Retailer Scoreboard Review, and related reporting services. Executed statements of work, order forms, or signed proposals prevail over marketing copy when conflicts arise.

You provide accurate data exports, timely feedback, and lawful permissions to handle operational information. You designate points of contact for approvals and ensure that shared materials do not violate third-party confidentiality obligations.

Savvy Grid retains rights to methodologies, templates, and tooling created before or during an engagement, excluding your pre-existing materials. Deliverables are licensed for your internal business use unless a contract grants broader rights.

Both parties protect non-public information using reasonable care. Either party may disclose when required by competent authorities, provided notice is given when legally permissible.

To the extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Savvy Grid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event, except where limitation is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul, Korea shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a signed contract specifies otherwise.

We may suspend site access for maintenance or suspected misuse. Individual service engagements terminate according to their contracts. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material changes. Material changes to paid services will be communicated through your account contacts.
